Before asking for additional help, please make sure you read through the FAQ's carefully because more than likely your answer is already here.

Editing Your Profile... Profile Info, Photos, About Me

Your pictures are the perfect way to show off your best assets. You only get one chance to make a first impression, so step up your game and obey the guidelines! Remember, the better your picture, the greater your chance of getting booty!

  1. Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick Home page
  2. Click Add/Edit Pics or Click Here
  3. Select your photo type by clicking Main or Extra using the radio button
  4. Click Browse to select your picture from your computer
  5. Click Upload to submit your photo

Note:  You can delete Extra photos but you cannot delete your Main photo. You can only replace it with another photo. All photos are reviewed individually by a real person and most photos are approved and posted within 2 hours, but it may take up to 12 hours for your photo to be posted. Please review our guidelines before submission. Violations will be denied.

  1. Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick home page
  2. Click Add/Edit Pics or Click Here
  3. Click Delete located under each photo you wish to remove

  1. No fully nude photos! You can get away with almost any sexy picture unless your genitals are clearly exposed -- gotta leave something to the imagination. This means no close ups of your junk or other body parts.
  2. Blurry images or pictures that are too small will automatically be rejected. Avoid webcam and low resolution pictures.
  3. Pictures of kids, babies, or young adolescents are NOT allowed. This site is for adults only.
  4. No writing on your pic that gives out contact information.
  5. No fake pictures -- this means if the picture is not of you then it will be considered fake. (celebrities, cartoons, pets, etc).
  6. The photo file must be a standard JPG or GIF file. CMYK and BMP files will be rejected.
  7. In very rare cases a picture might not complete the upload process so it's possible your photo didn't get approved for that reason.
  8. Make sure your Main picture matches the gender you listed on your profile.

Yes, without an approved Main Photo, your CasualClick profile will not be active.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. AOL browsers can have issues. To view the version of browser you are using go to the file menu and click Help/About.

Please make sure your browser is configured correctly to avoid any site viewing issues:


For Internet Explorer

  • Go to Tools
  • Select Internet Options
  • In the General tab, look in the Browsing History section and click on the Delete button
  • Click Delete Files and Delete Cookies
  • This will clear out your temporary internet files and delete your cookies
  • Click the Ok button to finish
  • Next you need to verify that cookies are enabled
  • Go to your browser and click Tools
  • Select Internet Options
  • Click the Privacy tab
  • Click the Advanced button
  • Verify that the Accept buttons for First-party and Third-party Cookies are selected
  • If not selected, change the setting by selecting the Override automatic cookie handling option
  • Next, click the Accept radio buttons for First-party and Third-party Cookies.

For Mozilla Firefox

  • Go to Tools, then Options and click on the Privacy icon
  • In the History section make sure Accept cookies from sites is checked and click Ok
  • Go back to the Tools menu and click Clear Recent History
  • In the Time range to clear drop down choose Everything
  • Click the down arrow next to Details to clear Cache

For Google Chrome

  • Go to Tools, then Options and click on the Under the Hood tab
  • In the Privacy section click the Clear browsing data... button
  • Check the box next to Empty the cache
  • In the Clear data from this period: drop down select Everything
  • Click the Clear browsing data button and then click the Close button

For Safari on Mac

  • Go to Safari, then click Reset Safari...
  • Select Empty

For Safari on PC

  • Go to Edit, then click Empty Cache
  • Select Empty
  • Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick home page
  • Click Edit Account or Click Here
  • Scroll down to the About Me field and enter your text
  • Click Submit Changes

Note:   Your About Me is a great way to let other members know what you're all about. First impressions are crucial, so take your time and be original. Please refer to our About Me guidelines before submission. This is a Gold member feature, Click Here to upgrade your account.

  1. No contact information. This includes email, phone numbers, messenger screen names, etc.
  2. No foul or abusive language. This includes cursing, threats, racial slurs, and hate messages.
  3. Please do not describe your genitalia in any way. (spare us the anatomy lesson)
  4. Please save graphic descriptions of sexual acts for private messages between members. Do not include those details in your profile introduction.

Note:  All About Me's are reviewed individually by real live HUMANS; please review our guidelines before submission. Violations will be denied. Most About Me's are approved and posted within 2 hours, but it may take up to 12 hours for your About Me to be posted.

  • Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick home page
  • Click Edit Account or Click Here
  • Enter you changes into the corresponding field options
  • Click Submit Changes
  • Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick home page
  • Click Edit Account or Click Here
  • Enter you changes into the corresponding field options
  • Click Submit Changes
  • Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick home page
  • Click Edit Account or Click Here
  • Select either a new Country or enter a new Zip/Postal Code, this will automatically update your location/city.
  • If you are in the United Kingdom you will also need to select a Nearest Town
  • Click Submit Changes

Unfortunately, once you have chosen your username it cannot be changed.

Unless your mobile phone is a Smart Phone with a full operating system, you will need to upload your photo from a computer. A simple tip: if you have pictures on your cell phone you'd like to use, email them to yourself through your phone (check your service provider and phone) and proceed to upload them from a computer.

Account Settings... Password, Email

  • Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick home page
  • Click Edit Account or Click Here
  • Enter your new password into the Change Password field
  • Enter you new password again into the Confirm Password field
  • Scroll down and click Submit Changes
  • Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick home page
  • Click Account Settings or Click Here
  • Enter your new email into the Your email address field
  • Enter your new email again into the Confirm your email address field
  • Click Submit Changes
  • Click My Profile located on the top menu of your CasualClick home page
  • Click Account Settings or Click Here
  • Using the radio button select NO next to the notifications that you do not wish to receive

Account Status/Removal... Bronze Account, Gold Account

We're bummed that you are leaving CasualClick, but we were glad to have you as a member!

  • Click on the My Profile link at the top of the page
  • Click on Edit Account or Click Here
  • Scroll down the page and you will see a link that says Delete Account
  • Click the link to remove your profile

Note:  If you are a Gold member please remember to cancel your subscription by going to the Subscription Status Page and following the onscreen steps. Please ignore this if you have a full-year membership. These are non-recurring (one time payment only) and you won't need to contact us to cancel your billing. You can simply follow the steps above to remove your profile.

In order to delete your account you will need to first cancel your paid subscription.

  • Please go to the Subscription Status Page and follow the onscreen steps.
  • After you cancel your subscription, you may delete your profile:
  • Click on the My Profile link at the top of the page
  • Click on Edit Account or Click Here
  • Scroll down the page and you will see a link that says Delete Account
  • Click the link to remove your profile

Note:  Please ignore the first step if you have a full-year membership. These are non-recurring (one time payment only) and you won't need to cancel your billing. You can simply follow step two and remove your profile.

This has to do with a users Sexual Orientation settings. CasualClick makes sure that members that do not have compatible orientations and expectations will not be able to invite each other. This ensures that members are only invited by those they wish to be invited by. No unpleasant surprises.

Unfortunately, no. Your account will be visible as long as it is active on CasualClick.

Subscriptions/Billing... Subscription Options

You can navigate to your information by clicking My Profile then Subscription.

Yes, but all memberships are recurring until cancelled. If you want to subscribe for just one period, make sure you cancel before your subscription expires.

Note:  CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT CANCEL THE EXISTING PERIOD YOU'VE ALREADY PAID FOR. It merely cancels future automatic renewals.

Referrals/Invites & Contests... Guidelines

Did your friend click on your link before he/she signed up? If they did, then in some rare cases the person signing up either does not have cookies enabled for their browser or they could have clicked on another CasualClick user's referral link (giving them the credit). To track your referral progress, click the Contest tab, then Check Progress in the sub menu.


Here's a breakdown of how the referral system works:

When someone clicks your referral link a cookie is saved on their computer. Also, your tracking ID is recorded in the database along with tracking information about the person who clicked your link. Every time a new user signs up on onlinebootycall.com the system checks to see if the person has a cookie stored on their computer with a referral tracking ID. If this condition exists, a record in the database is created to associate you with the member you referred. This information is then used to create your referral page so you can see who has signed up using your referral link.

CasualClick is free to register and you are never obligated to upgrade. However, if you are an upgraded member you can contact anyone and they will be able to respond back. If you are not an upgraded member you can only contact members who are upgraded (Gold). Upgraded members are identified by a golden background color. Remember the site is only as good as the amount of booty on it!!!

We hope you understand that running a site costs thousands to operate. We have to cover that cost somehow. Our subscriptions are at a reasonable price; however, we know that some people would rather not pay, so we are happy to give our members an alternative. Contacting Members & Search... Finding Booty, Messages, Activity List

To find a range of members

  • Click the Find Booty tab at the top of the CasualClick Home page
  • Enter your preferences to narrow down your search results
  • You can search by distance, area code, age range, etc
  • There are also several hot links to further customize your search
  • Finally, click on the Search button to view your results
  • For more detailed searches or to find a member by username, go to Find Booty > Advanced Search
  • Click on the Find User or Find Booty buttons to view your search results
  1. When you are viewing someones profile page click the "Message" (gold member) buttons. They will now show up on your Activity List.
  2. If someone views your profile, sends you a message, they will automatically appear on your Activity List.

Note: At least one member must be a Gold member in order to send a message, the other can be a Bronze (free) member.

  1. Click on Activity tab
  2. Find the member you want to remove
  3. Click on the "X" in the upper right corner of their profile container. In stream view it will be a gray x. In grid view it will be a white x in a gray circle.

Note: If you feel a member is in violation of our terms of service, click the Report Profile link located on the right hand side of their profile page.

To prevent someone from contacting you, click the Block Member link on their profile page.

  1. Click on the Activity tab
  2. Find the member you want to remove
  3. View their profile by clicking on their image.
  4. Click the Block Member located on the right side of the page.

Note: If you feel a member is in violation of our terms of service, click the Report Profile link

All message history can be found on your Activity List under the Messages filter. If you'd like to see the message history between you and a particular member:

  1. Click on the Messages tab
  2. Click on a message from the member you wish to see the history for
  3. Click the Reply link and you will be taken to the send message page. If one of you is a gold member, you will see the message history for the past 30 days under the headline "1 Month History".

To remove your messages:

  • Click on the Messages tab at the top of your Home page.
  • Click on the trash can icon next to each unwanted message.

Currently your sent messages will auto-delete after 30 days, we are working on a feature that will allow you to delete them whenever you like.

Profile views can be seen on your Activity List. Click the Views filter located on the left side of the page.

This happens for a couple of reasons. First, if they deleted their profile from the site they will disappear from your list as well. Another reason could be that they have blocked your profile which means you can no longer see or communicate with them. Don't worry, there is plenty more booty out there for you.

The messages from Mobeze or Casieface are from the CasualClick administrator. These messages contain important information regarding the site and/or new features. These messages will be automatically deleted over time. Thank you for your patience.

  • Go to My Profile
  • Click Account Settings
  • In the Get Lucky Settings section enter your preferences
  • Click the Submit Changes button

Photo Rating... Top 10, My Rating

  • Click the My Profile tab.
  • Your rating is posted on the upper right hand side of the page

Your rating is only shown on the Rate Booty page if your picture is randomly selected. However, you only get one chance to make a first impression -- and the higher your rating, the better booty you will get. To reset your rating, submit a new Main photo and the rating will reset after a few hours.

Q: I was wondering about being in the top 10 ratings. How does that work?

Your rating count has to qualify in order for your profile to be in the top 10. If your picture has been rated too few or too many times, our system will not add your profile to the top 10 rankings. This is done to keep the top 10 list from displaying the same members all the time.

Other Concerns... Terms of Service, Reporting a Concern

CasualClick works very hard to keep this site safe and fun for everyone. We take this problem very seriously, and all reported profiles are investigated immediately. If you encounter any suspicious activity on CasualClick, use the Report Profile link on the specific profile you want us to investigate.

Please, use common sense and always be careful! You should never give or lend money to someone you have only met online. If you encounter any perpetrators asking for money, report them immediately.

CasualClick does not allow minors to be on this site. Please click the Report Profile link located on the member's profile and send us a note with your concern. This will send a notice to our support staff so we can investigate that user.

Casual Click is a safe place to meet individuals for casual dating and fun times. We ask that you are respectful towards our members and that you follow the practical guidelines that we have set up so that everyone has a chance for a secure and enjoyable experience.
