1. Anti-Trafficking

   CasualClick.com is committed to preventing human trafficking and modern slavery in all forms, including forced labor, servitude, and trafficking. The Site has zero-tolerance with respect to any actual or suspected violation of this policy. The Site hereby explicitly prohibits the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor. The site ensures that all appropriate team members and service providers are fully informed of the Site’s strict zero-tolerance policy with appropriate individuals undergoing appropriate training on how to identify and report potential slavery or trafficking activities.

   In connection with our zero-tolerance policy with respect to trafficking and slavery we reserve the right to review each and every account on a live, 24/7 basis using manual and automated means. Any user who suspects a possible violation of this policy, including through roleplay, should immediately contact support at support@casualclick.com. As noted elsewhere in this Agreement and in the Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to report any activity or suspected activity to any and all law enforcement and other groups we deem appropriate. We will endeavor to the extent possible to maintain the privacy of reporting parties; however, ensuring a thorough investigation for the possibly abused party may require certain disclosures.

2. No Pay-Per-Meet

   CasualClick.com is a dating platform for likeminded adults to meet and interact. With the understood, as noted in the Terms, the Site has no tolerance for any type of compensation for meeting arrangements sometimes called "escorting" wherein one party receives a form of compensation (such as, by way of example only, money) in exchange for meeting another individual.
