Q: How do I upload photos?
Your pictures are the perfect way to show off your best assets. You only get one chance to make a first impression, so step up your game! Remember, the better your picture, the greater your chance of getting contacted by another Casual Click member.
Note: You can delete Extra photos but you cannot delete your Main photo. You can only replace it with another photo. All photos are reviewed individually by a real person and most photos are approved and posted within 2 hours, but it may take up to 12 hours for your photo to be posted. Please review our guidelines before submission. Violations will be denied.

Yes, without an approved Main Photo, your Casual Click profile will not be active.

Q: I followed all of your instructions and I still can't see my photo(s)
Make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. AOL browsers can have issues. To view the version of browser you are using go to the file menu and click Help/About.

Q: Can I upload photos from my mobile phone?
Unless your mobile phone is a Smart Phone with a full operating system, you will need to upload your photo from a computer.
A simple tip: if you have pictures on your cell phone you'd like to use, email them to yourself through your phone (check your service provider and phone) and proceed to upload them from a computer. If you don't have a computer you can email your picture to us Please include your username so we know which profile to upload the picture to.

Q: I have a Bronze (free) Membership, how do I delete my profile?
We're bummed that you are leaving Casual Click, but we were glad to have you as a member!
Note: If you are a Gold member please remember to cancel your subscription by going to the Subscription Status Page and following the onscreen steps. Please ignore this if you have a full-year membership. These are non-recurring (one time payment only) and you won't need to contact us to cancel your billing. You can simply follow the steps above to remove your profile.
Q: I have a Gold Membership, how do I delete my profile?

In order to delete your account you will need to first cancel your paid subscription.

Q: Why does a profile say "You cannot send a message or a poke to this person"?
This has to do with a users Sexual Orientation settings. Casual Click makes sure that members that do not have compatible orientations and expectations will not be able to invite each other. This ensures that members are only invited by those they wish to be invited by. No unpleasant surprises.
Q: Can I "hide" my account from view?
Unfortunately, no. Your account will be visible as long as it is active on Casual Click.

Yes, but all memberships are recurring until cancelled. If you want to subscribe for just one period, make sure you cancel before your subscription expires.

If you have received confirmation, depending on your internet browser you will need to log out of your profile and log back into a new session. This will activate your gold membership.

Q. I referred a friend and I didn't get the credit for it -- why not?
Did your friend click on your link before he/she signed up? If they did, then in some rare cases the person signing up either does not have cookies enabled for their browser or they could have clicked on another Casual Click user's referral link (giving them the credit). To track your referral progress, click Contest on the top menu and then Check Progress in the sub-navigation menu. To try out the referral system, log in and click on Contests in the top navigation menu.
Here's a breakdown of how the referral system works:
When someone clicks your referral link a cookie is saved on their computer. Also, your tracking ID is recorded in the database along with tracking information about the person who clicked your link. Every time a new user signs up on casualclick.com the system checks to see if the person has a cookie stored on their computer with a referral tracking ID. If this condition exists, a record in the database is created to associate you with the member you referred. This information is then used to create your referral page so you can see who has signed up using your referral link.
Q. Is this site free? Why is it asking me to pay?
Casual Click is free to register and you are never obligated to upgrade. However, if you are an upgraded member you can contact anyone and they will be able to initiate contact with you. If you are not an upgraded member you can only contact Gold members. Upgraded members are identified by a golden background color.
We hope you understand that running a site costs thousands to operate. We have to cover that cost somehow. Our subscriptions are at a reasonable price; however, we know that some people would rather not pay, so we are happy to give our members an alternative. It's one way that we can ensure that the site keeps growing and that you don't have to see the same singles over and over ;) That's why we offer Casual Click members a chance to win a free upgrade. All you need to do is hover your mouse over the Contest tab and you will see a menu drop down with a link to the Free Upgrade page. Click on Free Upgrade to view more details.

Q: How do I find members on the site?
The easiest way to find members is to go to the Who's Online link on your Casual Click home page. It's also on the Quick Search page under the Hot Links. You can also perform a Quick Search by doing the following:
For an advanced search, click the Search tab then the Advanced Search link in the sub-navigation.
Q: I found a nice profile, how do I get in touch with them?
Note: At least one member must be a Gold member in order to send a message, the other can be a Bronze (free) member.
Q: How do I chat/IM with another member?
To initiate the chat feature with another member, one of these requirements must be met:
If someone is online you will see a Chat with Member link on the right hand side of their profile page.
Note: Not all users will be available to use chat/IM. Some users may go offline before receiving an IM or may turn off the IM function, preferring to be contacted via email. Also, not all members are subscribers to this function.

Currently your sent messages will auto-delete after 30 days, we are working on a feature that will allow you to delete them whenever you like.
Q: How do I see who has viewed me?
Profile views can be seen on your Activity List. Click the Views filter located on the left side of the page. Profile Views can also be found on the home page in the Activity container.
Q: I just sent someone a poke/message but I don't see them in my Activity List, what's up with that?
We apologize for the inconvenience. This can happen for a couple of reasons. First, if they deleted their profile from the site they will disappear from your list as well. Another reason could be that they have blocked your profile which means you can no longer see or communicate with them. There's plenty of singles on the site, so keep checking out the new members who join every day!
Q: I keep getting an email message and I can't delete it!
If you received a message from Casieface, she is currently the Face of Casual Click, kind of like our cool brand representative. These messages contain important information regarding the site and/or new features. Messages from Casieface can be deleted, just open the message and on right next to her profile picture, there is a purple link that says Delete. Also, these messages will be automatically removed from your profile over time.

Q: How do I check my rating?

Q: I would like to hide or reset my photo rating, how do I do this?
Your rating is only shown on the Rate page if your picture is randomly selected. However, you only get one chance to make a first impression -- and the higher your rating, the greater your chance of meeting other Casual Click members. To reset your rating, submit a new Main photo and the rating will reset after a few hours.
Q: I was wondering about being in the top 10 ratings. How does that work?
Your rating count has to qualify in order for your profile to be in the top 10. If your picture has been rated too few or too many times, our system will not add your profile to the top 10 rankings. This is done to keep the top 10 list from displaying the same members all the time.

Q: Somebody just asked me for money, what do I do?
Casual Click works very hard to keep this site safe and fun for everyone. We take this problem very seriously, and all reported profiles are investigated immediately. If you encounter any suspicious activity on Casual Click, use the Report Profile link on the specific profile you want us to investigate.
Please, use common sense and always be careful! You should never give or lend money to someone you have only met online. If you encounter any perpetrators asking for money, report them immediately.
Q: I was just contacted by a minor (underage 18), what do I do?
Casual Click does not allow minors to be on this site. Please click the Report Profile link located on the member's profile and send us a note with your concern. This will send a notice to our support staff so we can investigate that user.
